The Hoglift system includes four sliding channels (Galvanised), complete with sliding trolley skates. These trolley skates are electroplated and have lifting rings which can be utilised for securing the static welfare units and storage containers to the vehicle whilst transporting (eliminating the need for strapping over the portable building, portable cabins and static welfare units).
The system Includes an adjustable base leg which can be utilised for levelling on site, with pre-drilled plates to enable the static units to be double stacked and bolted together.
Hogloo
A safe, highly efficient management system providing valuable recoverable energy
Ideal for construction site situations, the unit is self contained, requiring no connection to drains or outside services. After use at each location it is simply collected and moved to another construction site.
No waste or chemicals to remove
No disposal and no risk of spillage
Reduced water usage
There is no regular and expensive waste collection necessary and the entire system is both versatile and site mobile.
The Hogloo has the capability of incinerating up to 16 litres of waste per hour and larger models are available to cope with higher flow volumes. Telemetry is also available for remote monitoring.
How the Hogloo system works
After flushing the toilet, (water reduced flush toilet) all toilet waste is passed through the macerator pump, which is then conveyed to the waste holding tank. A level sensor within the tank alerts the incinerator that there is toilet waste requiring incineration and the incineration process begins.
A measured quantity of toilet waste is pumped into the chamber and combustion commences, whereupon all contents of the chamber are incinerated leaving a sterile chamber. When the incineration process is complete combustion ceases and the incinerator begins its cool down cycle.
If the holding tank level sensor indicates there is still waste in the holding tank, further incinerations are initiated until the tank is empty.
The Hogloo system can also be incorporated into many of our static welfare units, featuring the waterless urinals.
Hogbutt
The Hogbutt unit is a rain harvester designed to feed toilets and shower rooms for various cabins and units situated on site for long periods. Water savings can be shown by collecting rainwater to service toilets, utilize fresh water for showers and hand wash. The system is primarily used in conjunction with waterless urinals but can also be used to flush standard urinals and toilets.
The Hogbutt system is connected to the mains water supply which will service the smaller tank to feed sinks etc, rainwater can be captured from the roof of the Hogbutt or from cabin or unit guttering.
Rainwater is stored in the large tank and used to service the toilets. In the case of no rain a simple float switch will divert fresh water into the rainwater tank, so a constant source is maintained for all toilets. |
